1.Training Methodology

Arena's training methodology incorporates different learning sytles, teaching strategies and media in a proprietary integrated model called CILM (Customer Integrated Learning Model). It draws on the best teaching practices across the world and matches global standards. There are two methods of iinstruction:

	Instructor led training: Wherein the class is led by a certified instructor who ensures that the learning process turns out to be an enjoyable experience .
	Computer based training: Wherein students are taken through the concepts and tools in an iinteractive and interesting manner making learning more effective.

2. Industry Interface

Arena has developed a unique industry interface for students: Perspectives is a series of contact programs wherein industry experts are invited to interact with students to offer them exposure to industry trends and requirements.

3. Assessments and Evaluation

Students are assessed based on internal tests and assignments conducted during the course. Besides internal tests and assignments the students are also expected to create projects / E-projects or demo reels and undergo objective based external examination. The demo reels are evaluated by a panel of industry experts and the students are graded based on the marks they secure in totality.
